How long will it take my print to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be shipped however, the majority of orders will be shipped within a few days. You will receive tracking information the moment your order is shipped. All purchases are sent with tracked and insured shipping services. 

How will my print be packaged? 

Smaller prints will be sent in a flat envelope while larger pieces will be shipped in a rolled tube. This policy helps ensure that items are shipped in the most appropriate and safe manner based on their size and destination. 

Are these prints archival? 

Yes, all of the prints are designed to last, and are only printed on fine art paper using processes that maintain the details and color of my work. 

What are the policies on return? 

All prints are made to order, so I cannot accept returns. However, if your print is damaged in transit, or in the unlikely event that it arrives with a defect, I will replace it. 

What if my print is damaged or defective? 

If a print is damaged in transit or defective, I will replace it. I will ask for some images or video of the damage so we can supply this to the shipping service to cover insurance.
